  • Clean common areas
  • Modern facilities
  • Close to campus
↓ CONS
  • WiFi slows during exams
  • Noisy on weekends

  • Good gym
  • Quiet hours respected
  • Responsive management
↓ CONS

Friendly community, easy to settle in

The building looks great and the amenities are a step above what I expected. A couple of small maintenance delays early on, but nothing major and they were sorted in the end.

↑ PROS
  • Quiet hours respected
  • Responsive management
  • Easy to make friends
↓ CONS
  • Lifts get busy at peak times
  • On the expensive side
